During the accident, the back seat fell down. I am assuming it happened due to the force of the impact but it was terrifying because sometimes we have our children rear facing in that vehicle. The vehicle was rear-ended on the freeway and the glass was broken in the back from the impact.

Passenger seat sensor operates intermittently. Reported to dealer for repair, however dealer stated they could not reproduce the problem. However problem persists intermittently. This sounds exactly like the seat sensor problem for which a recall was issued for some 2009 prius models (13v014000). Our prius vin was not included. Perhaps this recall should be expanded.

Purchased 'leather' package upgrade. Seats starting separating a year ago. Got tired of run around with dealer to make repairs. Took it to another dealer to be told seats were simulated vinyl leather. Got seats repaired out of my own pocket. No more toyota's for us!
