Upon starting the vehicle it makes a high-pitched beep, followed by a buzzing sound that repeats every five to eight seconds. The dashboard displays the tps, abs, vsc, and brake lights. The problem with the prius is the enhanced vsc, not the brakes! I have been reading about the braking problem in the toyota prius and they all seem to occur under rough or slippery driving conditions.
