I own a 2010 toyota prius. I have had multiple times when i have hit a bump and was applying the brakes and the car seems to skip or float. Our 2010 prius sometimes lurches forward on hitting a bump or driving on rough terrain. This happens predictably at certain locations. Both my wife and i have observed this behavior, maybe a couple of times/week. Not certain whether it's momentary acceleration or loss of braking but we think it's loss of braking.
