Momentary loss of braking while in at low speed (about 8 mph) on uneven road surface or wet conditions resulting in a surge forward. When in a turn, maintaining control of the vehicle can be challenging. Condition is replicable, i.e., i can reproduce the braking loss/surge at the same place in the same conditions, at any time. *tr
